Absolutely. CHS specializes in unique stick graphics by our in-house design team. We can make your custom hockey stick graphic 100% from scratch using your brand colors, logos, and design elements. You can also use our classic CHS decal and change the colours and logos. Each unique graphic requires a new printing plate which is 1-time fee of $450 CAD / $325 USD.

If you send us your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), we can create a preview of your promotional hockey stick free of charge.

The process of creating your graphics is highly bespoke and labor-intensive:

• Our in-house design team may spend anywhere from 2–6 hours creating your perfect design.
• Multiple printing plates are then fabricated in our printing facility to prepare for production.
• Your decals are silk-screened using high-quality Pantone colors, often requiring multiple screen passes.
• Chrome or iridescent effects require additional preparation steps prior to screening.
• Each decal is then carefully hand-applied to your sticks.
• If your sticks include a base color, spray painting is required prior to decal application.

Remember: The design is only a 1-time fee unless there is a major change to your Custom Branded Hockey Sticks.

The main design cannot be altered; however, text elements may be updated year to year as long as they do not overlap with graphical elements. For example, year designations under the shaft can be changed for a minimal cost.

Yes, you can add unique player names and or numbers to each promotional hockey stick you order. For example, if you order 20 sticks, you can have 20 unique names.

• First-time orders require a 1-2 week period for designing your graphics.
• The fabrication of the actual hockey sticks takes about 2-3 months.
• Additional orders are quicker as the printing plate has been already prepared.

Yes! We also can create unique goalie sticks. Note that each player type requires a 1-time graphic fee of $450 CAD / $325 USD.

Yes. If you want all-black sticks with minimal or no branding, that’s absolutely possible. You can also customize the carbon fiber with color accents or add your own logos for a fully personalized look.
