You can send us an existing curve to
replicate (within legal limits) or a 3D design.

Lie is determined by the mold of the curve. To change it, a custom mold would be required.

We ship across Canada and the United States directly through checkout. For international orders, contact us and we’ll help coordinate shipping.

Hockey sticks are oversized packages, so shipping costs are higher than standard parcels.

Good news: shipping cost stays the same for multiple sticks. Most players order 2+ sticks to maximize value.

U.S. import tariffs and related fees are currently included in our listed USD pricing. There are no additional tariff charges due upon delivery under our current shipping program.

If tariff rates or government fees change before your order ships, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

We stand behind our sticks. We will replace your stick if it breaks within:

• 30 days (standard)
• 60 days (extended warranty)

Important warranty notes:

• $30 shipping fee per replacement
• Maximum 2 replacements per stick
• Coverage starts from delivery date

Yes, just like all high-performance hockey sticks. They’re built for elite play, but over time, factors like:

• slashes
• face-offs
• repeated shooting
• cold temperatures will wear down the carbon.

That’s the nature of performance gear. What matters is how it performs while it lasts, and we build ours to compete with the best.

We accept order cancellations up until your order enters production.

Once your order is confirmed and you receive an email that it has gone into production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Because each custom stick is built specifically to your exact specifications (including your name and graphics), we’re unable to accept returns on custom orders.

If the order has already shipped, we’ll do our best to help—but changes may no longer be possible.

These refer to how the carbon fibers are structured inside your stick. That structure directly impacts weight, durability, and feel.

• UD (Unidirectional Carbon):
  Fibers run in one direction, similar to the grain of wood. This creates that clean, all-black look.
• 12K Carbon:
  Made from 12,000 woven carbon filaments. The weave adds durability and creates a tight, subtle checkered pattern on the stick.
• 18K Carbon:
  Stronger and more rigid than 12K, with a more visible checkered pattern. We use 18K in our blades to balance strength
  and puck feel.
• 24K Carbon
  Our highest-grade carbon, made from 24,000 woven filaments. This creates a larger, more pronounced checkered pattern and maximum stiffness. Because 24K is extremely rigid, we don’t use it in blades—it would reduce feel and control.

Why it matters?
Different carbon structures allow us to fine-tune how your stick performs, from quick release and responsiveness to durability and control.

Our sticks are designed and engineered in Montreal, Canada.

Manufacturing is done overseas at our 2 factories, where we produce high-end composite hockey equipment, allowing us to maintain elite quality while keeping pricing accessible.

The sticks & slight imperfections

Every CHS stick is built from scratch to your exact specifications using a combination of advanced machinery and hands-on craftsmanship. Because of this process, you may notice small cosmetic variations from stick to stick. This is completely normal and does not affect performance.

Carbon weave

The checkered pattern you see on many sticks is the carbon fiber weave. Carbon fiber is produced in sheets and then wrapped around a mold to form the shaft. As one sheet ends and another begins, the pattern may not align perfectly, which can create slight visual inconsistencies in the checkering.

This is purely cosmetic and has zero impact on strength or durability.

Paint & graphics

Some sticks and blades are hand-finished to achieve specific designs and colors. Over time, with regular use, paint may chip, wear down, or show signs of use.

This is completely normal in high-performance hockey and does not affect how the stick performs.

Bottom line

You’re getting a high-performance, custom-built hockey stick. Small visual imperfections can happen—but they’re part of the process, and they never impact how the stick plays.
