Understanding each step in the production process

Purchasing a Custom Hockey Stick is like ordering any other handcrafted product, and this takes time. Each and every hockey stick is crafted with high-quality professional-grade materials along with your exact specifications & graphics. This is not like settling for any stick off the rack. For this reason our Custom Hockey Sticks take 2-4 months to complete and ship unless you have purchased an in-stock stick.

Order statuses

You will receive a e-mail notifications from us at each step of the process.

Processing

Your order was successfully received & your payment has been processed. Your order is now being verified & prepared to put into production. This process takes approximately 1-2 weeks. You will get an email confirmation with your invoice. Please verify your junk or spam folder if you did not get an e-mail.

In Production

Your order has been sent to our production team to make your Custom Hockey Stick(s). This process takes 1-2 months.

Finalization

Your order is in its final stage of production. We are currently applying the decals and finishing touches. This process takes approximately 1-2 weeks.

Distribution

Your Custom Hockey Stick(s) are being sent to our distribution center where we will pack up your items & ship them off to you. We will send you a notification with your tracking number. This step takes approximately 1-2 weeks.

Completed

Your order has been picked up by our shipping provider and is on its way to you! Delivery can vary from 1-2 weeks depending on your location. We cannot give exact delivery dates as our shipping providers may have delays due to peak periods for holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. The tracking information from our shipping provider will be the most accurate for an estimated time of arrival.
