Warranty Request

We stand behind the quality of our sticks. If your stick breaks within the 30-day standard warranty (or 60-day extended warranty) period, you can submit a claim for review.

Follow the instructions below to submit your request. Our team reviews each claim under our warranty policy and will respond with next steps as soon as possible.

Important warranty notes:

  • $30 shipping fee per replacement
  • Maximum 2 replacements per stick
  • Coverage starts from delivery date
